Children’s Ministries

Sunday mornings at Bethany are designed with your family in mind. From the moment you arrive, our goal is to help every child feel welcomed, safe, and excited to learn about God.

Traditional Worship at 8:30AM
Children begin worship with their families in the Sanctuary. After the Children’s Moment, they are invited to follow our leaders to Children’s Church, a kid-friendly worship experience that includes:

• A Bible message
• Prayer
• Hands-on activities and conversation

Busy Bags are available for kids who choose not to attend Children’s Church. Each bag includes quiet activities such as crayons, coloring sheets, and quiet toys to help children engage and enjoy worship in their own way.

Sunday School (9:45AM)
Children ages 3–5 and Kindergarten–5th grade meet in age-appropriate classrooms for a lively time of Bible storytelling, crafts, games, and conversation. Our trained teachers help children explore their faith in ways they can understand and enjoy.

Contemporary Worship at 11:00AM
Children begin worship with their families in the Fellowship Hall. After the Children’s Moment, they are invited to follow our leaders to Children’s Church. Busy Bags are available for kids who choose not to attend Children’s Church. Each bag includes quiet activities such as crayons, coloring sheets, and quiet toys to help children engage and enjoy worship in their own way.

Nursery Care
Our Nursery (birth– pre-Kindergarten 5 year olds) is available throughout the morning. Infants and toddlers receive gentle, attentive care from trained staff in a clean, safe, and playful environment.

6:00–6:45 pm: Age-Based Programs

• 4’s & Kindergarten: Cherub Choir → Crafting Faith
• 1st & 2nd Grade: Melody Choir → Crafting Faith
• 3rd–5th Grade: Crafting Faith → Wesley Choir

6:45–7:30 pm: Switch programs as listed above

Program Highlights:
Choirs: Cherub, Melody, and Wesley Choirs teach music, teamwork, and worship skills.
Crafting Faith: Hands-on creative activities that help kids explore Bible stories and grow in faith.
Faith in Action: Each program nurtures children’s spiritual growth while encouraging fun and connection.

At Bethany, children are encouraged to sing, create, and connect—growing in faith while building lasting friendships. Every Sunday and Wednesday is an opportunity for your child to experience God’s love in a joyful and meaningful way.
